The mission of the Parking Services Department is to provide safe, clean, and well-managed public parking facilities. We pride ourselves in maintaining parking meters and pay stations in good working order and equitably enforcing the Town’s parking regulations to ensure that you can relax while in Town. Our Parking Ambassadors are professionals and capable of assisting you with any parking-related matter.
Applications for all parking permits (resident, business employees, A1A, and Bougainvilla) for the 2026 Fiscal Year (October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026) are available. You will need a digital copy of your driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of residency (if applicable) to complete the process.

Once Town Staff has received and reviewed your parking permit application, required documents, and payment, you will receive an email confirming approval.
Please note: All residents and Town business employees need to create an account before applying for any type of permit.
Once approved, your provided vehicle information will permit you to park within designated areas. This is done through License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology. Please be sure to always keep your valid vehicle information on file. No physical permit will be issued. You may pay either by check or credit card.
